This ancient class is taught in English.

This class is split into 5 different lessons where each lesson builds on the previous. Each lesson is built for you to gain as much knowledge as possible about what stress is, how it affects your body, mental, emotional and spiritual side as well as how you can reduce stress in your life.

Each of these lessons contain major keys for living a life without stress as well as exercises and tools that you can bring home to use when needed. You can join any of these 5 lessons however it´s best to do all 5 in order as they build on each other and the exercises that are handed down. 


The 5 lessons:

Lesson 1: What is stress? (2 hours)

Lesson 2: The physical and emotional side of stress. (2 hours)

Lesson 3: The mental and spiritual side of stress (2 hours)

Lesson 4: Entropic Stress (2 hours)

Lesson 5: Recap & Pursuing Purpose (2 hours)
